All of a sudden, my smartbulb is not responding to the Alexa dot. It appears as a found device in the app, but above says "Device Unresponsive" in a grey bar. I have tried deleting it and having the app refind it. Still nothing. Can anyone give me some insight as to what the problem could be? Other things like remote and Bluetooth speaker are working fine. Appreciate any help. Thanks, Dee.

Can you still remote control the bulb via kasa app?

Make sure the remote control via kasa is working properly.
