KL430 Reboot Loop and Unresponsive Device
I am experiencing a constant reboot loop similar to this issue: https://community.tp-link.com/us/smart-home/forum/topic/242590. I have tested with a /24 subnet and the issue still occurs. The device enters a constant ~1min reboot loop and is only responsive for a few seconds after each reboot. I assume this is related to some sort of connectivity issue, but I have been unable to isolate it. Also, the device cannot be factory reset as long as the WiFi network is present,

Hi Mark @Mark-in-OC ,
Currently, I did not have KL110 firmware, can you help describe the KL110 phenomenon, one old known issue for KL110 is [Solution] Kasa devices reboot randomly and been fixed in new firmware, but not reboot loop issue. Did you try a factory reset on the bulb before, as when you factory reset and reinstall it , app will normally do a firmware at the end of the setup process.

@Solla-topee I have reset the device, but they are unable to stay on the network long enough to update the firmware.

Hello @Mark-in-OC
Try to connect bulb to a 2.4Ghz hotspot Wi-Fi and see if that helps. May I know could bulb finish the set up in the APP after factory reset?
By the way, can you help describe how did you find out KL110 run into a reboot loop, thank you
