@Carl @Bethel.8009 Thanks for your responses. To Bethel's point, I did see the KS230 kit and figured it was meant to replace both switches in an older, un-smart 3 way. Not sure why else it would come...

@Carl Any idea if these new 3 way dimmers will work with HS210?

@j404 That's what I did for both my kitchen and hallway lights. I'm using Lutron Skylark SCL-153P dimmer with the 3 way tp-link.

@Tony I finally figured it out. Basically step 7 of the link doc below needs to be updated. Instead of tapping "+", you need to scroll to the bottom and tap "Customize"....
