@Tony thanks, i will try swaping the cable, the computer is conected directly to the modem and the speed is fine, so is either the cable or the router itself

bought this router 2 months ago, everything was fine. approximately 2 days ago the speed just went down drastically, from 360 Mbps to 100Mbps when i'm close and less than 40Mbps when i'm a few meters...
