@Tony Thanks for the response. I think they did reprovision the modem, I still have the same firmware from 2016.

Any way to do this? I checked https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/tc7650/ but no mention of firmware at all. The modem administration page shows the firmware version, but no option to check...
