@Tanith I see that you labled one of the wires on the switch as neutral. A dumb switch never has a neutral attached. In your case the red and white wires are travelers. The black are Common/Load....

@guacdaddy If the app shows that the device is on/off when you tap on the device in the app, and the app shows on/off when you press on the switch, then it more then likely is the wiring/fixture.
