@isharamet Hi, the Deco network will bind to the email which is used for setup. Could you please check whether you have logged into the APP via the original email address?

@PapaChu Hi, I think you might get the wrong model. Deco E4 has 2*10/100 Mbps Ports and its internet throughput is up to 100m/s. Since your main router is about 300m/s, Deco M4 should be the right...
