Thanks for your help Uutommi, I've solved it. The problem was that apparently only one port on my router was enabled.

Hi, thanks for your reply, My router's interface only shows me settings for ipv4, nothing for ipv6. I disabled it in my Ethernet Adapter Properties to see if that changed anything, didn't help.
