TP-link guy said they would release a new firmware to fix this issue. You may use connect the second deco to the switch by wifi for now or disable guest work.

Hi Ross, TP-Link Launched a new firmware to add access point mode. You can use access point mode instead of Ethernet backhaul.

Currently the IP address of an deco can't be changed, but tplink support told me there would be a new firmware to add this option. Hope they can release the new firmware soon.
