@Pelt4672 try getting a different support agent and yes after the fix it started working

@Rbaile508 I had a special support agent that went into the deco systems and fixed it. I never knew what caused it but try submitting a Deco app log like I did and maybe somebody will help you.

@David-TP There is no error message or anything. This is what it shows when I try to change the channel width. The 240mhz option is grayed out and does nothing when I click it.
