@David-TP My current network consists of a BE63 (v1) head node, and two XE75 Pro (v1.6) satellite nodes. I have one satellite node connected via Ethernet backhaul and one connected via 6GHz backhaul....

Another update, I returned my XE75 and instead bought a BE63 to become my new primary node, and I have the exact same issue. Mixing XE75 Pro and BE63 units results in having OFDMA/MU-MIMO settings...

I discovered something new. I returned my XE75, and instead purchase the new BE63 to become my new primary unit. The same problem exists with OFDMA and MU-MIMO settings being absent. So this issue...
