The PA8010P supports VLAN tagging. Not sure about the PA9020.

So most likely you have the wrong firmware version. You need to check label on adaptor for exact model and version.

Red light can just mean low link speed. Check via the tpPLC utility.

What is the adaptor model and version V1 V2 etc? What is the firmware update file name? Make sure you are using the latest tpPLC utility version. And updating directly to each adaptor via Ethernet is...
