@TP-Link I go the public ip working and got a better nat type yesterday, thanks anyway!

I have a NAT Type D on my nintendo switch and ive tried port forwarding but it doesnt do anything. some say i need to enable public ip but i cant enable it cause there is no APN settings anywhere.
