@AndyG117 not sure if you've read all the posts but the immediate fix is to factory reset your router and then DON'T set it back up with the mobile app. Do it the traditional way through the router...

@The_Greenman hey there, you have to actually factory reset the router to clear up the issue. A reboot won't do it. Then don't set the tether app up after the factory reset.

When I dealt with the issue the first action I took was to turn off QoS, which was already off. So if it is QoS that is the issue then you must be implying the act of joining your router to the app...
