I have a WR702N, i can't see its wifi, and I cant see it if i plug into the ethernet.

when plugging in, it starts with bright green light, then dulls and then goes bright again.
if I plug in ethernet the green light starts flashing.

Resetting it doesnt seem to work, as instructions say it shoudl slow flash then fast flash, but the light just stays solid.

please help....
