Model :

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I used it for previous versions of the tp-link boxes, but I don't see it anywhere on your site, and I just bought a 3 pack of tp-500 devices and there was no included software/cd. By the way, I ruined (I think) my previous tp-500 boxes by adding tp-200 devices on the same circuit. The tp-500 devices stopped working, and in trying to figure out the problem, I ruined all the tp-500 and tp-200 boxes. Is this a known problem? On the plus side, my new boxes work fine. It would be nice to monitor the speed, though.

There's a link to the Powerline Utility software under most powerline products. Then choose the "support" link (top right) and choose "Utility". It seems to be the same software regardless of product, just make sure you choose the correct OS and language.

For example:

You mean this?

http://www.tp-link.com/ph/download/TL-WPA2220KIT.html#Utility

J
ust goto the tp link page for the adaptor you have, click the SUpport link, and then the Utility tab on the page to download.
But I think they all install the same tpPLC
