Powerline adapter and extenders willl not add in tplink utility
My adapter and extenders were working happily together but the powerline LEDs have now gone off and multiple attempts at re-pairing has not fixed this.
Have downloaded tp-link utiltity and all devices can be found but, when I enter the powerline key, it thinks then comes back with "Unable to add the device"
What can I do to fix this?
