Archer C5 - Slow wired and wireless speeds

Hi everyone, Im kinda stumped. I just bought a replacement C5 v1 for my N600 TL-WDR3600 and on both wired and wireless networks Im getting horrible speeds of 20mbs or less. Im connected to COX cable and have 150mb download and on my N600 I was getting 90-100 on both. I updated my firmware to the latest/greatest Archer_C50v1_0.9.1_3.0_up_boot(160411)_2016-04-11_13.38.13 with no increase. I turned off WPS and even Encryption to see if I get any differences, but that didnt help. Am I missing something???
