Deco XE75 Pro web interface - why can't I connect from my PC?

Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20240724 Rel. 38913

This one has me baffled, so any ideas or suggestions are very welcome.  I just set up a new 3 router Deco XE75 Pro system in my home and for the life of me, can't connect to the web interface from my pc.  The PC and the main Deco router are both connected via ethernet to a switch, which connects to my AT&T modem.  I have tried using Edge, Chrome, and Opera and 192.168.68.1 just times out.  I was just about convinced that it wasn't available for the XE75 Pro, but then I thought to use my phone to try instead of the PC, and it works.  Opera and Chrome work anyway, I don't use Edge on the phone.

So I can connect to the IP address using my phone, but only wirelessly.  If I turn off wireless and use cellular, it times out as well.  As far as I can tell, the only way I can open the web interface is if I'm connected wirelessly to the Deco network.  I'd like to be able to access it via ethernet from my pc, which doesn't have wireless, but I'm out of ideas.

Thanks in advance!

@Richj44 If you're connected to the modem and bypassing the deco on your desktop then you would not be able to access it. Different "networks"

@kriihz Oh, good grief. Of course you're right and I was too blind to realize it. I even noticed the difference in the networks and just didn't connect the dots. The only small defense I can offer is, the Orbi mesh I just replaced was connected exactly the same and I could access the web interface with no problems.

Of course, I had set the Orbi up as an AP, and the Deco is in router mode. 🙄

Thanks, man. Appreciate the help very much.
