Hello all!

I've been having a strange problem with my Deco system that I need some advice on. Over the past week or so I have had to exclude a bunch of devices (iPhones, iPads and Fire TVs) from Web Protection. I noticed that applications on these devices would stop working. A couple examples:

Being unable to get news articles from Apple News
Podcasts stopped downloading in Apple Podcasts
Applications on Fire TV like Twitch and YouTube will not stream

Adding all of these devices seems to have solved the problem (despite not showing up in the logs as things that were being actively blocked) with the exception of my Fire TV. Whenever I launch the Twitch app on my Fire TV, the Deco Web Protection says that is blocked "appstore-tv-na.amazon.com" citing malware.

I am unable to turn off Web Protection, as my Deco app says "Failed to save the information. Please try again." The Deco system was also having problems downloading the latest firmware, so I power cycled all three endpoints last night. After this power cycle, I was able to successfully download the firmware update but am still having problems with my Fire TV.

What next steps should I take?

(As an aside, I have redownloaded the Twitch app on my Fire TV, power cycled it and all that nonsense, so I have done my due diligence on the FireTV side as well. I have other Fire TVs in my home that are not having this problem, however it is isolated to a single Fire TV in my home that is triggering it. I have added it to the exception list in Web Protection but that still hasn't allowed the connection. Other applications, like YouTube, Peacock and Max work without issue. Twitch is the only app that is currently not working and is triggering this item in WebProtection.)
