BE550 Pro / BE9700 WiFi "not connected to the internet" intermittently
I recently purchased the BE550 Pro / BE9700 and have been experiencing intermittent WiFi connectivity issues.
1. When checking the WiFi status on my devices, it says "Connected, No internet connection,". All devices connected to the router via WiFi cannot connect to the internet.
2. Devices connected via LAN cable can still access the internet.
3. I would then log into the Tether App and access my router. After a few minutes (around 1-2minutes) internet connection is restored.
4. This happens 1-2 times a day.
My current settings:
1. I do not have MLO turned on.
2. Smart Connect is turned on
3. I am using (mode) 802.11b/g/n/ax mixed because my work laptop is not able to access the internet if I enable be802.11b/g/n/ax/be mixed for both my 2.5GHz and 5GHz channels
4. I have EasyMesh on that is connected to 1 RE505X extender - issue persists even before I added the extender
5. ECO mode is off
6. Reboot Schedule and Wireless Schedule is off
Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?
