UPDATE;  

- Reset all devices

- Swapped to a different unit serving as main

- Changed calbles

- Verified FO Ethernet port in house with wired computer

During all of the above, we try reboot and factory reset of the Main unit.

On the 5th go around, hour 3, it magically worked.  We could not identify anything that changed other than a verbal commitment to one more try before the whole pile of junk went in trash!   China probably didn't want to lose a foothold in the heartland, so they let it work on the 5th try :-/
