Is anyone facing issues with terrible upload speeds with deco X60 router with the latest firmware?

My internet upload speeds goes down to 0 Mbps intermittently (download speeds are fine), timing of this issue seems to be very close to the firmware update to: 1.3.0 Build 20240830 Rel. 50008

h/w - 3.6

i have verified direct upload speeds are good by connecting directly to the modem, so something is up with the x60 router most likely.
