Connected a 5 TB USB drive to port on AXE5400.
Can see & connect on network but shows as only 1 GB
How to resolve?

Just a few quick questions to help us better understand what's going on:
1. What is the brand and model of the hard drive?
2. What is the file system format on the drive? Note: The Archer AXE5400 supports NTFS, exFAT, HFS+, and FAT32 File System Formats.
3. Are there multiple partitions on the drive?
