Tether showing online clients in the offline clients section

The tether app is not showing all clients. My iPhone and iPad, currently both connected and functional, show up in the offline clients section. Can this be corrected?

1. What TP-Link Device model(s) are you managing through the Tether app?
2. What is the hardware and firmware version of your TP-Link device?
3. What is your network topology? Are there multiple routers, access points, or range extenders involved?

Hi Ryan.
I am running an Archer AX50 through the Tether app.
Hardware version v1.0
Firmware version 1.0.14 Build 20240108 rel.42655
In addition to the router I have one range extender, TP Link model RE505X.

When the clients are listed as "offline", are they by chance connected to the RE505X at the time of this behavior?

No. The iPhone and iPad show up under the AX50 in the offline clients section not under the RE505X.
