Thanks for the information. Can you provide a screenshot with the never-loading widget and the type of widget that you are adding? What iOS version are you using? What iPhone?
- Changes are being made on Apple's side of Widgets, but I do not believe Deco app widgets are affected, but our teams are working on a solution.
- Make Sure that your Phone's OS Version is up to date
- Try Restarting the Deco App and Your Phone
- Consider trying to reinstall the Deco App to see if there was a missing permission or setting. Logging into the Deco App with your TP-Link ID will allow you to see/change the previous settings available for your network
