Hello, just bought a pack of the X95's and it's all working wonderfully except for the parental controls!  I have setup profiles for my kiddos but their devices never shut off when the time comes around to do so, and if I manually go on and block the profiles they're still allowed on?

am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the X95 units in regards to parental controls?
