Model: Archer AX1800
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: latest

I have had this router awhile. And I just noticed that only two of my wan ports work. Or atleast that what appears to be happening. I tried adding a device to a WAN it didn't work. I went into the router via my browser and saw that two of the four ports were grayed out. See image b9edd276deea441e934c30c0768d0c58

Why would these be grayed out? I don't see a way to turn-on or off these plugs.

There is nothing plugged into these ports. And even when there is, they are still grayed out. All the lights on my device are green, the firmware is updated and YES - I DID a reset to factory settings.

  @AKsteve

Ethernet ports (LAN2 and LAN3) should be greyed out when nothing is connected to these ports. Try to plug a devices like a laptop or a PC/Mac and check their status again.
