I have a smallish, 2 store home. The Spectrum cable connection is in my upstairs office to an M9 Plus as the main gateway directly connected to the cable. I have 2 M9 Plus downstairs at opposite ends of the house. Downstairs is < 50' from main gateway M9. The 2 downstairs M9 are < 50' apart. I'm running 2.4 and 5 GHz.

At times, my wife's laptop (Mac) will have the connection dropped. If I scan the network, it re-appears. She walks around downstairs with her laptop and leaves it on most of the time, even when in SLEEP mode. My work office upstairs has a Windows and Mac connected to the WiFi and never does this.

Suggestions for how to preven the IP signal from being dropped?
