I can't reset a Deco W3600. I tried the reset pin with no ethernet cables connected. I also used the reset pin with the device off and then booted up it for 30 seconds while still holding reset. It continues to be solid green.
It is tied to a cloud account. Is this why it will not reset?
Hi, Binding to the Cloud account would not prevent it from resetting.
May I know why you want to reset the Deco at the beginning?
If you put it into another power socket, and hold the reset pinhole for 1s, would there be any change to the LED light?
By the way, how long have you had the W3600?
