Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.13.0 Build 230516 Rel.36534n(4555)

When I bought the modem, I updated it, but after that, no firmware is installed at all and it gives this error:

Failed to update the firmware. Please check the configuration file and try again.

Hi, could you please double check the hardware version and current firmware version of your Archer C6 router? As 1.13.0 Build 230516 seems to be a V4 firmware.

 

Besides, which firmware are you trying to update?

  @Sunshine In the software section, it says  v4, but on the modem box, it says v3

I even tested the firmware version 4, but it was not installed
