Parental Controls
I am unable to locate the Parental Controls under the Advance options in my router. It is not listed. Please advise on how to access this feature.

The Parental Control Features Fall under our HomeShield Service and Tab. Most of the devices supporting Homeshield must be configured through the Tether App Interface, however there are a few models that allow for minimal configuration - but the bulk of the controls can be found in the tether app. Try logging into the Tether App using the TP-Link ID used on your Router - your router should appear and will still be configurable from both interfaces.
