new users (new to this network) can't log onto the wifi network, despite having correct password.    system says invalid password, but the same password is in use with four other people.

updated OS, cleared Chrome cache, forgot network, visually inspected password before entering - failed.

if the user continually tries to enter the password, at some point it will connect.   One guy spent over an hour just repeatedly re-entering, but dd log in.   System memorized entry and he was able to log in today.   

I am puzzled?   tech supports answer was reset the router and re-config.  suggestions?
