Router won’t connect to internet

I have Xfinity internet service. I have an Arris SB6183 modem. I can Ethernet wire to my smart tv and have internet so I know the modem works. When I connect to my router all lights turn green but the internet light turns orange and I have no internet on my Wi-Fi. I have done tons of different diagnosis and resets and can't get it to work. Anyone have ideas.
router is Tp link AX3000 Archer Ax55
Have you connected the modem and router how they normally should be, that is both off, then modem on, wait for it to complete power up, and then turn on the Router?
On the Advanced Internet Network page, have you set the correct Connection type:
Do you get an IP Address?
Have you tried a different cable between the 2?
Is there any errors in the System log?
