Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: ?

I have bought the M9 plus, and tried to connect it via my Vodafone Router. When testing the internet connection, the red light comes on and cannot connect to the internet. The PPPoE username and password are correct and the internet is working. Any help is appreciated, do I need to buy a seprerare modem and forget about the Vodafone router? Thank you

If your Vodaphone is pulling the internet, set the Deco M9 WAN as DHCP rather then PPPOE. Another way to test would be if you wire your computer to the Vodaphone router and it gets internet that should work for the Deco as the WAN grabs internet automatically.
