I have not added any static routes, but the active routes show three routings

  @CaptainX,

I believe these are all the routes used for connecting your network together. The WAN routes are the routes that are coming into and out of your modem to your router. The other static IP is outside of the addressable range, so I would presume this is something similar or is used for accessing the interface. 

 

I would imagine that the router is simply assigning the static IPs for the network infrastructure so as to ensure a consistent and stable connection.
