Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hi!  I was on a Zoom meeting yesterday and noticed the audio/video freezing for a few seconds every minute.  I checked the throughput and grabbed a screenshot.

Not sure it related, but I also ran netsh trace command and found the following entries which correlated to the freezes:  [6]0000.0000::2022/08/26-08:34:43.277494900 [Unknown]Unknown( 37): GUID=9b79ee91-b5fd-41c0-a243-4248e266e9d0 (No Format Information found).

I also ran another laptop during the same Zoom meeting (same room, same wifi network) and did not experience the freezes.

Any ideas?

  @MrSantos,

If the original driver that is was installed is not working correctly, we recommend reinstalling the driver. I have found this article that applies to your device, that may help fix the issue: Realtek Chipset Driver for Archer T2U(Nano/ Plus)/T3U(Nano/ Plus)/T4U(Plus)/T4UH/T9UH

  @MrSantos I would like to make a comment. I bought a couple of T9UH adapters. When using the original drivers, my download speed was as high as 210mbps, speedtest.net. When I installed the latest drivers, the download speed dropped to 145mbps. When I uninstalled the latest drivers and reinstalled the original drivers that were on the CD, the download speed was again in the 200 range. I have only experience this behavior with the T9UH.
