A couple of things.  Looks like you missed port 3074 for the PC.  You should have 3074-3079 for both TCP and UDP.  Also, you should setup all the ports in the table.  Don;t confuse the table to suggest that you just pick one of the available ports.  Often you need them all forwarded.

Also, make sure you do not have any host based firewalls enabled (Norton, McAfee, Windows Defender, etc...) or you will have to open the ports there, or disable that FW while gaming as well.

The same holds true for your XBOX settings.  Add the additional UDP ports to router NAT forwarding to avoid issues.

When I add the 3074-3079 range to the "PC" IP i get this message..

"This item conflicts with existed ones. Please try again."

Try deleting your PC settings and build from scratch to see if you get the same error.  Are you editing existing setting or trying to add another with that range?  That error usually means you already have a port forwarded to the same IP in another entry, a duplicative setting.

I tried and it did not work.  It does not like the comma.  Granted, I have an AX6000.  You may just have to create separate entries for the 3074 port  & 27014-27050 range.

Also, if you can forward the same port to multiple IPs so don;t think that becasue XBOX IP is using 3074, that the PC can not also use the same port,

Don't create redundant entries by game.  Just make sure you have all the ports coverd accross all games.
