Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.11 Build 20210730

Router is new, first time connected; can connect Samsung phone to wireless but cannot connect anything else.........have two TP link extenders connected to router and showing all systems working; can link wifi on phone to them successfully........unable to connect laptops, roku or any other device (Lutron).  Have updated the firmware on the router. Checked the router to confirm name of network and password, but still cannot connect laptops, etc. Spent many hours trying to find advice on TP Link support site. Any assistance would be gratefully received here.

Try changing the wifi security settings from auto to AES (preferred) and TKIP. Some older devices (really old actually) may only connect to TKIP. Also, to rule out authentication problems, briefly turn off the wifi security and see what happens. Last ditch effort is to factory reset router and try again. One more thing you can try is to forget the networks on your devices and try to rejoin. I have experienced problems like this when upgrading routers and using the same SSIDs. Forget the network and reconnecting seemed to help as I remember.
