Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0

Having problem connecting a wired PC through switch (TL SG108).

If I take the incoming Internet and plug it in my PC itd OK.

I plug it in to my M9 and then plug a Wire from M9 to my switch. Everything connected to the switch works except the PC.

Make sure the Deco is not "cloning" your PC's MAC address.  If it is this would be why the PC is not working.  Because the connection would be showing a link already established with that MAC address.

Sorry If I connect straight from the Deco to the PC , its OK. When I connect it through the Switch its a problem.
