Hello again,

 

I have two of these.

They both need rebooting every 30 minutes.

 

Could two of them be defective?

 

I opened a support ticket last week but no one has reached out to me.

 

PLEASE help !

I believe the support agent replied to you on 28 Jun, and the ticket ID is TKID220626971, but I'm not sure why you didn't receive the reply, please check and ensure you are not rejecting some unknown emails, you can also check the junk mailbox.

 

Back to your questing, do you mean the router loses the connection and you need to reboot it every 30 minutes? How are the two routers connected to the network? Are both working in Router mode? When the internet stops, are the internet LEDs on both routers still green?
