If certain device could not get internet from range extender:
- Confirm other devices could get internet from Wi-Fi of range extender
- If connect the device directly to router's Wi-Fi network, could it get internet from router?
- Please check if the PC/ laptop get IP & gateway address, and try to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 on that certain device as Step5 here

- Contact device manufacture and update driver for the computer
Also confirm range extender is on the latest firmware (select hardware version first, then check corresponding firmware)
