Model: Deco X55

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.1.3

Got a new X55 system setup last week.

Everything in the house connected to it just fine, except for one laptop. It's an Acer ConceptD. It will connect to the network, but comes back saying that it's not connected to the internet. Has anyone had this issue before? It will connect to the internet just fine on other networks.

Hi, thanks for your time and patience. Are you still having the same issue?

There are some suggestions for your reference:

1. turn off the fast roaming on the Deco APP under More>Advanced.

2. please go to Deco APP>More>Blacklist and no device is under here.

3. please check whether the Acer PC has got an IP address from Deco—if it is set to static IP, please change it to DHCP/dynamic.

How to find IP address on your devices?

4.please also try to ping the Lan IP of Deco.
