Hello there,

 

My ISP just setup a pair of Deco M5 at my appartment and I wanted to connect to device in order to change default WiFi password. However app can't detect Deco (again being connect to WiFi network) for some reason. I tried to restart both Deco an iPhone. Any advice?

Hi, the Deco network will bind to the email which is used for setup.

Could you please check whether you have logged into the APP via the original email address?
