Hello,

 

I just bought this router a few days ago. I don't have the firmware version of the AX-11000 on hand, but the router is updated to the latest available firmware. The router hardware is V1.

The issue is the Parental Control not functioning.. I set Devices schedule, time limit, website block...in the parental Control, but nothing happened. Internet is not stop on scheduled devices, devices can still access blocked websites. So basically, set and nothing happen.

 

Is it a known issue, or only me having this problem?

Hello, please refer to the below FAQ to review all the basic settings of Parental Control via its web GUI again:

If it still fails to block some unwanted websites, please give us the URLs, then we will confirm.
