Internet via wireless failing
Hello—
My AX50 is suddenly no longer connecting clients to the internet via wireless. It is working fine with a hard-wired connection. I've tried rebooting, resetting to factory etc. The router is connected to an ARRIS SURFboard Docsis 3.1 and then to Xfinity cable 400Mbps.
Any thoughts?

Are you getting full speed on the wired connection?
Can you see the SSID on your devices?
If you can, try deleting/forget the network on one of you devices and re set it up to see if you get WIFI.
Did anything change such as firmware update?

@ArcherC8 thanks for the reply! I've tried forgetting the network and re-connecting. It works on occasion, but then the internet dies again.
I did indeed update the firmware last week..
Correct speeds hardwired.

Is the issue on both 2.4 and 5Ghz or just one of them?
Are you using auto or selected channels, widths, ...? What modes?
Are the SSiD hidden?
Are you using QoS?
Are you using Smart Connect?
Do you have any USB devices attached?

Issue occurring with both 2.4 and 5. Auto channel.
Mode: 802.11b/g/n/ax mixed
SSiD is not hidden.
QoS set to "standard"
No smart connect or USB devices
