TPLink Utility icon shows PLC 0Mbps

I have 4 Powerline adaptors, 2 show PLC 600Mbps, 1 very old shows nothing but this one shows PLC 0Mbps.
In addition this one has red line with ?Mbps to one of the others.
Why does this one show PLC 0Mbps?
