Just bought this at the thrift store for $5.  Pretty sure it's bricked, which is why it was there to begin with, but worth a shot.

As the title says, I power it up and the "reset" LED and both USB LEDs light up solid blue. All other LEDs are off.  Stays that way for about eight seconds and the router resets.

It goes through the entire process just fine, but after it resets after loading the firmware, it goes right back to the above status.  I also tried the previous firmware from current, version 180125.

So, is this thing superbricked?  Or is there coming back from this?
