Firmware Version:

Just attempted to update the firmware to the most recent version. After it said it got to 100%, the router went offline.

 

Every 8-10 seconds the USB, opposing arrows, and desktop looking lights come on, but nothing else.

 

I have tried the factory reset multiple times and nothing works.

That's bad. How did you upgrade the firmware? Via wired cable between the router and computer or via a wireless connection? Is there any power outage during the update?
