Model: TL-WR940N
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I updated the firmware about a month ago. It disconnects a lot, for no reason.

Also, I don't want any password or pin on my router. I have all that stuff disable but I still have to put one in?

I live in the middle of nowhere; Do not need the security

Is there a way to restore it to what it was without loosing all my devices?

@TEG20

To disable your wireless password, log into the router and go to Wireless > Wireless Security, select "No Security" and "Save". Now your wireless network will not need a password.

You can save the current configuration by going to System Tools > Backup & Restore.

With respect to the disconnecting, I would start at the modem to see if that may show any changes in the status.
